	ハローハローユースケZです。決めました！自分、これから筋トレを始めます！数ヵ月後にはムキムキになれるかな？ Hello- hello- Its YusukeZ. I have decided! I am going to start weight training! Maybe in a couple of months, I may become buff.
	ユースケZがこれから通うジムは24アワーフィットネスです。場所はハワイコンベンションセンターのすぐ近く、めでたくメンバーになりました！契約方法など、お値段はまた今度書きますね。今回はとりあえず試しに記事を作らせていただきます。 I will be going to 24 hour fitness from now. Its located right next to the Hawaii Convention center. I signed up to be member! Maybe the next article, I will write about how to join and prices and stuff. Anyways this time was like a sample.
	ユースケZの体は最近太りすぎです。モーハワイで働き始めてからはや一年半過ぎました。そして、一年半の間にユースケZの体重は10キロ増えました。オーノー！これは何とかしないといけないと思い、筋トレを始める事にしました。現在ユースケZの体重：153ポンド YusukeZ's body is too fat lately. I've been working at mo-hawaii for one and a half year. During this time, I have gained about 10kilograms. Oh no! I knew I had to do something about it, and decided to weight-train. YusukeZ's weight as of now: 153pounds
	ユースケZの友達のチリンとポールです。彼らは2ヶ月くらいは前からジムに通っています。当然ユースケZより強いですよ。ポールは今155ポンドのウエイトを上げています。 These are my friends, Tsering and Paul. They have been coming to the gym for about 2months now. Ofcourse they are stronger than YusukeZ. Paul is lifting 155pounds right now.
	負けちゃいられない！ユースケZもがんばります！ I cannot hold them back! YusukeZ will try hard as well!
	まだどんな風に記事を書くのか決まっていませんが、とりあえずスラット流すような感じで。とりあえず一回作ってみますね。 I don't have any idea on how I should make these articles. I am just going to wing it, so here it is.
	ポールは少なくてもユースケZの数倍は強いかな。さて、果たして、ユースケZはポールに追いつけるかな？ Paul is atleast 2times stronger than me. So, would I ever be able to catch up?
	とりあえず、今日はこれで終わります。 2時間のトレーニングで腕がパンパンです。では次回お楽しみ！あ、そうそう、筋トレに関して知りたい情報などがあれば気軽に聞いてみてくださいね。調べてみますので。 Well this is it for today. We usually train for about 2hours, my arms are like jello.
